HEA(R)T

H E A R T is our concept for the previous heat plant in the heart of the Nová Zbrojovka redevelopment. We are working on the project not only towards its final reconversion but also with the goal to start activating it as soon as possible. We call this Phase 0 of the project. The first important step was for us create a square, a real heart of the area. The heat plant  will host multiple functions from galleries to restaurants, shops and office spaces including a rooftop garden and cafe. Inner coloured glass volumes are detached from the main walls in order to provide visitors with the experience of the original industrial building from different perspectives.
